Our Portfolio Preparation Service is comprehensive and is designed to create powerful O and P Visa Visa Portfolios.

• A Unique Strategy for Your Case: We research your career, accomplishments and scheduled work and develop a unique strategy for your case. Our Portfolio Preparation Service is designed to be flexible and will be adapted to your case and your needs. This is why we have been so successful working with clients from over 30 countries from every field in the entertainment industry.
• Drafting Documents: We draft all of your letters of recommendation, testimonials, cover letters, and employment documents. We also help you research every aspect of your career and gather additional materials and information to further strengthen your portfolio.
• Advisory Opinion: We help you obtain an Advisory Opinion from a US Labor Union or Peer Group (a USCIS requirement). This includes the submission, cover letters, portfolio materials and other supporting documents.

• Request for Evidence Assistance: In the event that you receive a Request for Evidence (RFE), we will help you respond to the Request by preparing for you a new portfolio for the RFE. Timing

• Portfolio Preparation Service. Our service to be completed in 60 days. Though, this may vary, depending on your needs and the specifics of your case.
• Expedited Portfolio Preparation Service. We offer an Expedited Service for individuals who need their portfolios completed in under 60 days. The expedited service includes everything our standard service does and the same attention to detail. The only difference is the schedule.

Our Process

The following is an outline of each stage of the Portfolio Preparation Service. The exact timing may vary, depending on your needs and the specifics of your case.

1. Portfolio Review (Free) – 1-3 Business Days.  The first phase of all of our services is our free Portfolio Review. We evaluate your current portfolio, professional experience and future and determine how our service can meet your needs (to start this process, please, contact us). After the Portfolio Review, we be being the Portfolio Preparation Service.
2. Gathering Information – 1 Week. We work together to research and gather information about your case and finalize our strategy.
3. Drafting Documents and Finalizing Portfolio Materials – 2-5 Weeks. We begin drafting your letters, employment documents, gathering finalizing evidence and developing your portfolio.
4. Advisory Opinion – 1 Week. We help you assemble a package to request an Advisory Opinion from a U.S. Labor Union or Peer Group.
5. USCIS Submission – 1 Week. We help you assemble your portfolio and submission to the USCIS.

Our Fees

Our service fee starts at $4900.

Since 2010, our clients have had an approval rate of close to 99%. For this reason, we only accept clients if we are confident that we can help them build a strong portfolio. However, we have also developed strategies that can help individuals who may lack certain credentials or have slightly weaker cases build winning portfolios. So we offer three tiers of services with different refund plans, depending on the specifics of your case:

• Tier 1 – Success or Full Reimbursement
  If we feel that you have a high likelihood of success and your experience, achievements, and scheduled work are of the highest standards, we will offer you our Portfolio Preparation Service service with a full refund of our service fees if your case is not approved by the USCIS.
• Tier 2 – Success or Partial Reimbursement
  If we feel your case is strong, but we have some concerns or feel that there are areas in which your portfolio could be improved, we will offer you our Portfolio Preparation Service with a partial refund in the event your case is not approved. As part of our service, we will provide you with guidance to help you improve your credentials and strengthen your portfolio.
• Tier 3 – Portfolio Preparation Service
  If we have concerns about your case, but still feel it has potential, we still want to do everything we can to help. We will offer you our Portfolio Preparation Service, but without a refund in the even the case is not approved. We will still provide you with the same level of service and do everything we can to help you build a winning portfolio.
